Mercor is seeking a Customer Success Engineer (LatAm) for a remote contract role. You will support clients across the Latin American region, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and help customers maximize value from our AI-enabled SaaS platform.

The adecuado candidate has web-app debugging experience, a CS/SE degree, and 2–5 years of customer-facing work. Proficiency with React, Node, Flask or Next.js, plus familiarity with AI systems and tools, is required to ensure effective issue
