We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in the monthly financial close process, managing core general ledger functions including cash, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives on process ownership and actively seeks opportunities to optimize accounting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and record accurate and timely journal entries during the monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations, variance analyses, and root-cause analyses on key general ledger accounts.
- Own core accounting processes end-to-end while identifying and implementing workflow improvements.
- Prepare and upload bulk journal entries using upload templates (.csv).




- Collaborate cross-functionally across the business to support financial accuracy and audit readiness.

Qualifications And Skills

- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced filters).
- Core Accounting Skills: Proven track record in general ledger maintenance, journal entry preparation, and variance investigation.
- Systems Experience: NetSuite is strongly preferred.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort collaborating asynchronously via Slack and synchronously via Zoom.
- Self-Management: Strong prioritization skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the judgment to escalat or ask for guidance when needed.
