Technical Skills & Competencies
- Functional Testing & Banking Sector: Solid, proven experience in banking sector projects, specializing in Payment systems (transfers, SEPA, Instant payments, etc.).
- Test Management & ALM Tools: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, OpenText ALM, and JIRA for test plan/test case definition, execution, and defect tracking.
- Test Automation & Strategy: Ability to generate automated test cases. For Senior profiles, proven ability to define test strategies, establish automated regression test suites, and support/review other Test Engineers.
- Agile Methodologies & Generative AI: Strong experience in Agile development environments and proficiency in the effective use of Generative AI tools within QA processes.
- Specific Platforms: Working experience or familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or .NET environments.
- QA Certifications: ISTQB Foundation Level (for Mid-Level) or ISTQB Advanced Level (Test Manager or Test Analyst for Senior profiles).
- Languages : Advanced/Fluent English
