- Make outbound calls using provided leads
- Communicate professionally with prospective customers
- Generate qualified opportunities and follow up with prospects
- Explain services and answer customer questions
- Support successful sign-ups, contracts, and conversions
- Maintain accurate call and activity records

- Must be based in Colombia, Costa Rica, or the Dominican Republic
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outbound calling, telemarketing, customer service, or similar experience preferred
- Reliable internet and a quiet professional workspace
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
