Resource to focus on provide support to the team to help in removing barriers and goals achievement, leading initiatives looking for process optimizations and new tools implementations.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Support the Manager in overseeing team operations / activities
- Provides expert process stewardship for the different areas of team operations and functions.
- Initiates, leads and participates in process improvement efforts and works with other groups to achieve overall improvement and process standardization in local and end-to-end process.
- Reviews and manage incident investigation and reporting to come up with recommendations to improve processes.
- Actively participates in efforts such as system upgrades, projects, etc as may be assigned by the supervisor.
- Provides training for new hires on helpdesk and back-office support processes and monitors trainee’s performance during the training period. Also, provides on-going or additional training as required for process changes or refocus on process steps.
- Helps the supervisors to manage quality assurance by monitoring staff activities, metrics and compliance.
