Infotree Integral Solutions is looking for a Senior Workday Functional Consultant to join a dynamic team as a functional and technical SME for Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Core HCM .

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Core HCM.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
- Lead requirements and process-design workshops.
- Troubleshoot business processes, security, worker data, and recruiting issues.
- Support testing, deployments, enhancements, and Workday releases.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Product, Engineering, Security, QA, and implementation teams.

Requirements:





- 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional consulting/product experience.
- Strong expertise in Recruiting, Onboarding, and Core HCM.
- Hands-on configuration experience.
- Experience with Workday implementations or significant enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of organizations, staffing models, employee lifecycle, reporting, and integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
