Preferred Skills and Experience:

- 7+ years experience in product/ project management
- Proven background supporting/ delivering projects in the Martech and Data space
- Experience working with CDP, CRM, or related Martech platforms/ technologies
- Well versed with owning products/ projects related to data engineering, data science, and related tools/ technology
- Proven experience with Jira/ Confluence
- Well versed in scoping, discovery, roadmap development, backlog management, and research for defining future projects
- Able to translate complex business requirements into technical requirements/ diagrams
- Knowledgeable on Agile practices including Kanban, Scrum, etc.

Nice to Have:

- QSR or restaurant industry experience
- Hands on experience with agentic AI tools
- Experience delivering projects related to LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation, data science, and machine learning

Day to day: An employer is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join the team remotely. You will primarily be responsible for leading initiatives in the client’s Martech space. There are currently a handful of projects in flight and you will step into own these through fruition, partner with stakeholders,



and ensure a quality/ timely deliver.

From there, as the client nears year end, you will be tasked with doing discovery, research, and scoping across the enterprise to gather requirements around future projects/ initiatives. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, define solutions, and help deliver high-impact technology products.

For future state, you will oversee a portfolio of initiatives within the client’s data and AI engineering organization. These projects will vary in nature but focus around data, automation, AI, and ML products. You will build relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs/ requirements and partner closely with engineering to ensure the solutions accomplish the intended goal.

Your primary focus long term will be project execution/ delivery to ensure these related products meet the needs of the business. Additional tasks will include backlog management, roadmap development/ prioritization, stakeholder management, and keeping a pulse on emerging technology in this space.
