- Manage and optimize month-end close processes for U.S. consolidation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial information at a general level.
- Design and execute data controls and validation processes to ensure consistency, reliability, and traceability of financial data.
- Manage and drive automation of data integrations across ERP systems (e.g., Great Plains) and consolidation tools, reducing manual effort.
- Develop and analyze complex financial models, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers of corporate performance.
- Prepare and analyze trial balances, equity roll-forwards, and income statements, ensuring data integrity and generating actionable insights.
- Facilitate financial close meetings, presenting key findings and variance explanations to stakeholders.
- Manage intercompany processes, leveraging data analytics to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate reconciliations.
- Support the preparation and analysis of quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance and clarity.
