As a Senior Backend Developer at BairesDev, you will architect and develop sophisticated backend services using Node.js. You'll lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and create high-performance, scalable backend solutions that address complex business challenges.

What You'll Do

- Design and implement advanced, scalable backend architectures using Node.js and related technologies.

- Lead technical design and architectural decisions for backend solutions.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's backend development best practices.

- Develop complex, high-performance Node.js applications with optimized performance and efficient data handling.





- Implement advanced microservices architectures and cloud-native solutions.

- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and ensure high-quality backend development.

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience with Node.js backend development.

- Strong expertise in Node.js ecosystem and advanced backend architecture.

- Proficiency in TypeScript, Express.js, and modern Node.js frameworks.

- Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms.

- Advanced knowledge of database design and optimization techniques.

- Advanced level of English.
