WE’RE HIRING: SALES CLOSER / SDR – ROOFING & SOLAR

We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Closer / SDR to join a growing roofing and solar company serving both residential and commercial customers .

The idóneo candidate has strong sales experience, is confident handling inbound leads and follow-ups, and has hands-on experience with GoHighLevel . Experience in roofing and/or solar is highly preferred , while a construction background or strong understanding of construction terminology is a major advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads through calls, email, and SMS
- Conduct outreach to warm leads
- Manage and update leads within GoHighLevel
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs
- Prepare and provide quotations
- Handle sales conversations from initial contact through closing
- Close sales and convert qualified leads into customers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Coordinate with the team as needed to move opportunities forward




- Perform additional sales and administrative tasks as required

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, and closing
- Experience handling inbound and warm leads
- Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and professional when speaking with customers
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Highly proactive and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and take ownership of sales opportunities
- Strong organizational and CRM management skills

Industry Experience – Highly Preferred Candidates with experience in any of the following are strongly encouraged to apply:

- Roofing
- Solar
- Construction
- Home improvement
- Siding installation/replacement
- Residential or commercial contracting

A candidate with a construction background or strong familiarity with construction terminology is highly preferred. We’re looking for someone who is sales-driven, proactive, confident, and results-oriented —someone who knows how to turn leads into customers rather than simply manage a pipeline.
