Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Bar harbour Miami, FL.

The Sales

Associate will welcome and engage clients, provide personalized styling advice, and guide them through the selection and purchase of Silvia Tcherassi products. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, ensuring the boutique is visually appealing and well-organized, processing transactions, and assisting with inventory and stock replenishment. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, supporting client outreach and follow-up, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and deliver an elevated customer experience.

Associate will uphold brand standards and represent Silvia Tcherassi’s values in every client interaction.

Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or customer service, with a strong ability to build lasting client relationships and exceed individual and store targets.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-up skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for fashion, the brand, and product.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,



adapting easily to different customers and business needs.
- Team-oriented and adaptable, with availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules as required.

- Support daily boutique operations, including merchandising standards, stock handling, inventory counts, and adherence to company policies.
