We’re hiring a Recruiter to manage recruiting searches from kickoff through hire. You’ll recruit for roles across operations, sales, customer success, finance, marketing, administration, and other specialized functions. This is an internal position at Corsa.

What You’ll Do

- Manage multiple recruiting searches from kickoff through placement.
- Translate client requirements into candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate experience, communication, compensation, availability, motivation, and overall fit.
- Present qualified candidates with clear summaries and recommendations.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, follow-ups, offers, and start dates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and organized talent pipelines.
- Provide regular recruiting updates and help improve Corsa’s processes.

Requirements
- Proven full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or executive search experience.




- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Experience managing multiple active positions simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting for U.S. companies is highly preferred.
- Agency, staffing, executive search, RPO, or BPO experience is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, CRM systems, and video-interviewing tools.
- Organized, responsive, accountable, and able to work independently.
- Reliable computer, webcam, headset, internet connection, and quiet professional workspace.
