At Koelnmesse, we’re looking for a Project Manager for Alimentec, a role that combines end to end project management with a strong commercial focus.

The position will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing the food trade fair Alimentec under its scope in the region, defining and implementing commercial strategies, and ensuring the achievement of timelines, budgets, positioning, and expected business results through effective coordination of internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and follow up of the project.
- Manage master schedule, budgets, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies for the trade fair.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key accounts.
- Identify business development and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Logistics.




- Track commercial and project performance indicators.
- Report results, risks, and opportunities to the Commercial Director.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, commercial projects, or related roles.
- Experience in B2B sales, negotiation, client management, or business development.
- C1 English: mandatory.
- Strong planning, coordination, decision making, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in food & beverage, foodservice, restaurant chains, retail, or related B2B industries is a plus.
