We’re a 100% remote team. In-person moments happen when the work calls for them: onsite workshops, bootcamps, periodic team gatherings. As we scale, we need someone to hold the operational spine that lets our strategy directors to focus on strategic deliverables while projects move forward with rigor and speed.

THE ROLE

You’ll be the reason our strategy directors can spend their time on the strategy. You’ll own project management across multiple concurrent engagements, project plans, timelines, cross-team coordination, deliverable tracking, and client-facing follow-up. And you’ll bring that same operational rigor to producing our onsite bootcamps, in-person workshops, and virtual strategy sessions.

This is a senior project management role that includes event production as one important dimension of the work. Prior PM experience is essential; event experience is a plus.
