Bilingual Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury

Location: Remote – LATAM

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a fast-paced U.S. personal injury litigation practice. This role is idóneo for someone who understands the litigation lifecycle and can confidently manage court filings, deadlines, discovery-related tasks, and case scheduling.

You’ll work closely with trial attorneys and the litigation team to keep active cases organized and moving efficiently through the court process, with direct involvement in litigation and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and file complaints, motions, and other litigation documents with the appropriate courts.
- Draft, issue, and track subpoenas and related documentation.
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial dates across active cases.
- Monitor court deadlines and litigation calendars to ensure timely filings and follow-ups.
- Support attorneys with case organization and extensive trial preparation.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized digital case files and litigation records.
- Manage case-related workflows using Clio, ClickUp, and Google Workspace .
- Collaborate closely with attorneys,



the Litigation Manager, and the broader legal team.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal handling personal injury cases .
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. civil litigation procedures , including court filings, discovery, subpoenas, and trial scheduling.
- Experience managing multiple active litigation matters and court-driven deadlines.
- Professional-level English , both written and spoken.
- Professional-level Spanish for communication with Spanish-speaking clients.
- Experience working with legal case management and productivity tools such as Clio, ClickUp, or Google Workspace .

- Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based personal injury law firm .
- Hands-on experience with Clio and ClickUp .
- Experience supporting attorneys through intensive trial preparation.
- Previous experience working remotely with U.S.-based legal teams.
