We’re hiring an Operational Compliance Analyst (Hybrid) – Barranquilla

At Lean Solutions Group, we continue growing and are looking for an Operational Compliance Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role based in Barranquilla.

What you’ll do:

In this role, you will support the coordination and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management Systems, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and internal procedures. You will contribute to risk management, KPI analysis, internal audits, documentation control, and the follow-up of findings and corrective actions across the organization.

What we’re looking for:

Academic Background

- Bachelor’s degree or final semesters in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- Training as an Internal Auditor for Management Systems is desirable.

Experience:





- Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in administrative tasks and management systems.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

- Knowledge of ISO standards related to Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, and/or Information Security.
- Knowledge and experience using tools and software for Integrated Management Systems (IMS/SIG).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of risk-based thinking and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with KPI tracking, data analysis, and management reporting.
