We’re hiring an Operational Compliance Analyst (Hybrid) – Barranquilla

At Lean Solutions Group , we continue growing and are looking for an Operational Compliance Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role based in Barranquilla .

What you’ll do:

In this role, you will support the coordination and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management Systems , ensuring compliance with applicable standards and internal procedures. You will contribute to risk management, KPI analysis, internal audits, documentation control, and the follow-up of findings and corrective actions across the organization.

What we’re looking for:

Academic Background

- Bachelor’s degree or final semesters in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- Training as an Internal Auditor for Management Systems is desirable.

Experience:





- Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in administrative tasks and management systems.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

- Knowledge of ISO standards related to Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, and/or Information Security.
- Knowledge and experience using tools and software for Integrated Management Systems (IMS/SIG) .
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of risk-based thinking and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with KPI tracking, data analysis, and management reporting.
