Responsabilidades

- Apoyar las actividades asignadas por el equipo técnico o supervisor.
- Participar en procesos de aprendizaje práctico relacionados con su programa de formación.
- Asistir en labores operativas de forma controlada y supervisada.
- Cumplir las instrucciones y lineamientos establecidos por la empresa.
- Apoyar el orden y cuidado de herramientas, equipos y áreas de trabajo.
- Participar en capacitaciones, inducciones y charlas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
- Reportar condiciones inseguras, incidentes o novedades presentadas durante la jornada.
- Cumplir en general con los lineamientos del Sistema Integrado de Gestión ISO (Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente).

- *Educación:* Estudiante activo de un programa técnico (preferiblemente SENA u otra institución avalada).Programas afines a áreas técnicas, industriales, mecánicas, eléctricas, mantenimiento o similares. Con disponibilidad de firmar un contrato de aprendizaje
