We are looking for a Risk Analyst.

We're launching a new business line in Colombia and looking for someone to join our Risk team at the earliest stage of the launch, helping build credit risk processes from the ground up.

You’ll be joining at the earliest stage of a new country launch — working on risk processes with direct visibility into how your work drives portfolio performance.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

- - Support the design of credit origination and limit management policy, pricing guardrails, early-warning triggers
- - Contribute to risk metrics tracking: help monitor portfolio performance towards lifetime profit maximization within risk appetite constraints
- - Maintain live dashboards
- - Help explain drivers behind metric changes
- - Collaborate cross-functionally: help embed risk controls into product specifications and customer journeys, working closely with product, collection, finance and 2nd line of defence teams
