Node.js Technical Lead at BairesDev In this role, you'll lead the technical direction of Node.js services while guiding automation and infrastructure practices across the team. This is a hands-on leadership position where your decisions shape both the codebase and how the team ships and operates it. This is your opportunity to combine backend engineering depth with DevOps ownership on a team that values both.

What You'll Do

- Lead the design and development of backend services in Node.js.
- Build and maintain automation with Ansible.
- Design and implement GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Guide DevOps practices, including containerization and infrastructure as code.
- Mentor engineers and set technical standards for the team.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and delivery plans.

What We Are Looking For

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong proficiency in Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript.
- Background in building GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tooling.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Git.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar).
- Advanced proficiency in English.
