We are seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical excellence, oversee medical operations, and support the expansion of a healthcare organization that serves both local and international patients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and medical oversight.

Ensure compliance with quality, patient safety, and clinical standards.

Support physician recruitment, onboarding, and development.

Collaborate closely with senior leadership on operational and strategic initiatives.

Participate in direct patient care when required.

Drive continuous improvement and organizational growth.

Requirements

? Medical Doctor (MD) with active professional registration.

? Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2, preferred C1).

? Recent clinical practice experience.

? Experience leading physicians,



clinical teams, or healthcare operations.

? Solid understanding of healthcare quality, patient safety, and clinical governance.

? Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
