Marketing Specialist at BairesDev

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing programs across multiple channels. You will contribute to campaigns, content initiatives, and cross-functional projects that grow brand awareness, generate leads, and engage our target audiences.

What You'll Do

- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and event channels.

- Assist in creating and coordinating marketing content including blog posts, social copy, email copy, and presentations.

- Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.

- Track campaign performance and compile reports with key metrics and observations.





- Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign positioning and messaging.

- Maintain marketing asset libraries and ensure materials are up to date and on brand.

What We Are Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.

- Solid understanding of core marketing disciplines including digital, content, and email marketing.

- Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through execution.

- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
