- Previous experience as a Dispatcher, Track & Trace Coordinator, Load Coordinator, Fleet Coordinator, Driver Support Specialist, or a similar role strongly preferred.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Comfortable speaking directly with U.S.-based truck drivers, dispatchers, repair shops, and vendors.
- Strong understanding of U.S. trucking operations and transportation workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple active issues simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls.
- Strong problem-solving ability and sound judgment.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation.
- Experience using TMS, ELD, fleet management, CRM, or similar systems preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Class 8 tractors, commercial trailers, and common truck components and parts required.
- Previous maintenance or roadside coordination experience is a plus, but not required.
Ideal Candidate The adecuado candidate understands the pace and urgency of U.S. trucking operations.
You know how to communicate effectively with drivers, track equipment and loads, solve operational problems, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and stay on top of issues until they are fully resolved. You also have a basic understanding of Class 8 trucks, trailers, and common truck components, allowing you to communicate effectively with drivers and vendors when mechanical issues arise.
We can teach the maintenance-specific processes.
What we need from you is trucking knowledge, strong English communication skills, urgency, organization, accountability, ownership, and a foundational understanding of trucking equipment.
If a truck goes down, your job is not simply to make a phone call.
Your job is to help get that truck moving again.
Please submit your resume in English and include a brief summary of your experience in U.S. trucking operations.
