Jetpacks! is looking for someone to join our team as Driver Outreach Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the driver lifecycle through communication, onboarding, and performance management.

Role Responsibilities

- Serve as a primary point of contact for drivers via email, messaging platforms, and phone, maintaining timely and professional communication
- Respond to driver inquiries related to scheduling, routes, onboarding, and operational processes with clear guidance and troubleshooting support
- Support driver onboarding to ensure new drivers are properly prepared, understanding platform processes, route expectations, and operational requirements
- Review and evaluate driver profiles in Shift Admin to verify documentation and eligibility for approval
- Reach out to drivers who have not scheduled shifts to encourage participation and support scheduling needs
- Assist operations teams in maintaining driver coverage across metros and communicate availability gaps to Hub Managers and internal stakeholders
- Manage driver offboarding processes when required due to operational, performance, or compliance reasons
- Maintain accurate records of driver communications and operational activities using internal tracking systems
- Gather insights from driver feedback and operational interactions to identify opportunities for service improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including dispatch, operations, and support teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency

How will you be supported?

You'll be onboarded to the tech team organization. You will be part of a team and will communicate with them via Slack and Google Meet.



Periodic 1-on-1 meetings will be held to ensure you are successful and are having a productive and enjoyable experience.

Role Requirements

- Advanced English level (both written and spoken)
- Proven customer service or driver support experience in a logistics, delivery, or operations environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to handle multiple driver inquiries simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with email, messaging platforms, and basic CRM or tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities
- Available to work Thursday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM CT.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with driver management systems
- Background in logistics, ride-sharing, delivery services, or gig economy platforms
- Experience managing driver recruitment or lifecycle management
- Knowledge of delivery or logistics operations workflows
