Position Summary:

The IT Growth Agent plays a key role in ensuring new clinic locations are equipped with the technology, connectivity, and IT infrastructure required to operate successfully from opening day. This position coordinates IT readiness throughout the clinic launch process, working closely with Facilities, clinic operations, contractors, vendors, and internal IT teams to manage timelines, track deliverables, resolve obstacles, and ensure all technology requirements are completed on schedule. The role combines project coordination, vendor management, equipment tracking, installation support, and operational handoff, with a focus on minimizing launch-day disruptions and ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing IT support.

What You'll Do:

IT Project Coordination & Clinic Readiness

- Coordinate IT readiness activities for new clinic openings, maintaining project checklists, schedules, milestones, and status updates.
- Track technology installation, configuration, testing, and launch support activities to ensure all requirements are completed before opening day.
- Coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring dependencies are identified and managed throughout the clinic opening process.
- Monitor progress against agreed timelines and proactively address outstanding requirements.

Facilities Coordination & Infrastructure Planning

- Partner with Facilities and construction teams to align IT requirements with construction schedules and site readiness.
- Coordinate requirements for structured cabling, internet connectivity, power, equipment placement, and access to IT spaces.
- Identify infrastructure dependencies that could affect technology installation or clinic opening dates.
- Ensure site conditions and infrastructure requirements are addressed before equipment installation and testing.

Vendor, Contractor & Equipment Management

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to confirm project scope, deadlines, site access, and installation requirements.
- Follow up on vendor commitments, track deliverables, and ensure assigned work is completed according to schedule and specifications.
- Coordinate ordering, delivery, inventory,



and installation of computers, networking equipment, phones, printers, and other technology assets.
- Maintain visibility into equipment availability, service activation, and outstanding vendor requirements.

Installation, Testing & Technical Readiness

- Work with internal IT teams and external providers to verify that network connectivity, equipment, phone systems, and required technology function properly before opening.
- Track installation and testing results, identify incomplete work, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Recognize technical issues and infrastructure gaps, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution activities to minimize disruptions during clinic launches.

Project Communication, Risk Management & Escalation

- Provide clear updates on project status, completed activities, upcoming milestones, outstanding issues, and decisions required from stakeholders.
- Identify potential delays, missing requirements, and vendor or construction dependencies that could affect opening dates.
- Coordinate corrective actions and escalate risks promptly to maintain project timelines.
- Maintain alignment across Facilities, clinic operations, vendors, contractors, and IT teams.

Opening-Day Support & Operational Handoff

- Coordinate IT support coverage during clinic openings and the initial operating period.
- Help address technology issues during launch and coordinate timely resolution with the appropriate technical teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including asset records, vendor contacts, installation details, and outstanding issue lists.
- Ensure a complete handoff to the ongoing IT support team, including relevant documentation and unresolved items.

Process Improvement & Standardization

- Document lessons learned from clinic openings and identify opportunities to improve future deployments.
- Recommend updates to standard checklists, timelines, documentation, and vendor coordination practices.
- Support consistent IT readiness procedures across multiple clinic locations.





What You'll Bring To The Team:

- Reliable IT readiness and technology deployment for new clinic openings.
- On-time completion of IT installation, configuration, testing, and launch milestones.
- Effective coordination of contractors, vendors, Facilities, clinic operations, and internal IT teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple locations, deadlines, dependencies, and priorities.
- Working knowledge of business technology, including networking, internet connectivity, computers, printers, and phone systems.
- Proactive follow-up, risk identification, problem-solving, and timely escalation.
- Clear communication and accurate project status reporting.
- Strong attention to detail in equipment tracking, asset inventory, documentation, and operational handoffs.
- Familiarity with project management, ticketing, and asset inventory tools.
- Ability to understand construction schedules and coordinate technology requirements around site readiness.
- A collaborative, accountable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel to clinic locations and occasionally support installations or openings outside normal business hours.
- Healthcare, multi-site technology deployment, telecommunications, structured cabling, and information security experience are valuable assets.
