- Support the daily management of promoters, supervisors, and outsourced retail teams. Track sell-out performance, attendance, store coverage, and other key Field Force KPIs.
- Coordinate promoter recruitment, onboarding, training, incentives, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct regular store visits to check product display, POSM, demo devices, and promoter performance.
- Support new product launches, retail campaigns, and frontline execution. Work closely with sales teams, retailers, distributors, and agencies to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare regular Field Force reports and provide improvement recommendations.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- English can be used as the working language. Good communication, coordination, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, results-driven.

Full-time employment opportunities will be offered based on performance after a 3–6 month internship.
