About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to support our hiring efforts across a variety of technical and non-technical roles. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.

What You'll Do

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source high-quality candidates for technical and non-technical roles, including positions such as Technical Support Analysts, Salesforce Administrators, RevOps Associates, and RevOps Data Specialists.




- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
- Leverage LinkedIn, local job boards, referral programs, and other sourcing channels to identify top talent.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment practices, including sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools.
