About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and solutions-oriented Bilingual Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will start with a strong focus on tracking, tracing, and operational execution, with a clear trajectory to advance into a commission-earning Account Manager role. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional customer service, problem-solving abilities, and a basic foundation in logistics operations. Rather than general freight, this role prioritizes experience in specialized freight sectors, specifically Produce and Open Deck (Oversize, Overweight, and Overwidth) cargo.

Key Responsibilities

- Track & Trace: Provide high-level track and trace coverage, ensuring real-time shipment visibility and accurate system updates.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively problem-solve operational hurdles during weekend and peak-season shifts to prevent delivery delays.
- Carrier Coordination: Maintain accurate communication with carriers regarding load specifics, pickup/delivery addresses, and schedule adherence.
- Market Pricing: Learn and adapt to market pricing platforms to effectively quote and negotiate competitive rates with open-deck and produce carriers.
