You will drive planning, execution, and stakeholder visibility across time zones.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end program planning and delivery for GCP infrastructure and cloud pipeline initiativesDefine program scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics to align teams and prioritiesCoordinate engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver program objectives on timeManage schedules, resources, and delivery plans while adapting to changing constraintsDrive risk, issue, and dependency management with clear mitigation and escalation pathsOversee infrastructure rollout readiness to meet reliability, performance, and quality expectationsCommunicate program status, decisions, and next steps to stakeholders through regular reportingFacilitate cross-time-zone collaboration and support PST-aligned activities as neededEnsure delivery governance and execution discipline across cloud modernization workAlign DevOps and IaC execution plans with program goals and operational requirementsSupport continuous improvement of program processes to increase predictability and throughputRequirements3+ years of technical program management experience in cloud or infrastructure programsProven leadership experience coordinating distributed, cross-functional teams across time zonesStrong project planning skills across scope, schedule, dependencies, and resourcingHands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
