Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to turn business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, the product team, and engineers—running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring what we ship solves the intended problem.
You will work on client builds, maintenance, and Bluelight's internal products, scoping and estimating new projects, and ensuring compliance and security considerations are captured early.
