About the Role

We're looking for an Internal Communication & Employee Listening Specialist to help deliver a cohesive internal communication strategy aligned with our values and business goals. You'll run day-to-day initiatives that inform and engage our global team, and coordinate the employee feedback programs that help us build a positive workplace culture.

As a core member of the HR team, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver clear communications and promote HR programs that support employee engagement, development, and retention.

What You'll Do

Internal Communication

- Build and execute the internal communications framework and strategy under the direction of the CHRO - Run general internal communication plans to keep messaging consistent, clear, and engaging across regions
- Draft, schedule, and distribute employee communications, including newsletters, intranet updates, town hall materials, and announcements
- Help leadership and key stakeholders draft messages aligned with company priorities
- Create communication assets for HR programs such as benefits and learning & development




- Keep internal communication platforms organized, accessible, and up to date

Employee Listening, Glassdoor & Analytics

- Build, schedule, and deploy employee surveys in Peakon
- Monitor external review channels (Glassdoor, Indeed), tracking sentiment, star ratings, and emerging themes
- Draft professional, empathetic responses to Glassdoor reviews in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Analyze internal survey data and external sentiment to surface trends, metrics, and actionable insights on employee experience
- Prepare survey and sentiment reports and dashboards for HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to support action planning and employer branding
- Organize focus groups and listening sessions, managing scheduling, logistics, and note-taking

Change Management & Content Creation

- Support change management projects with clear, timely communications that help employees adapt
- Write engaging stories and spotlight articles that celebrate team achievements, company values, and culture
- Track engagement metrics across channels and surveys to measure reach and effectiveness
