About The Team/role The GA Andean Region team helps enable smooth, efficient, and scalable business operations across the region. We work at the intersection of people, processes, data, technology, and workplace operations, partnering with different teams to improve the way we work and support a great employee experience.

As a GA Intern, you will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional environment where you can turn ideas into practical solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with data, digital tools, process improvement initiatives, and regional projects while gaining exposure to real-world business operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious about how technology, automation, and data can make everyday processes smarter and more efficient.

In this role, you'll be...

- Supporting regional projects related to operations, workplace experience, and process improvement.
- Working with data to maintain trackers, analyze trends, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Building and improving dashboards, reports, templates, and digital workflows that help the team make better and faster decisions.




- Exploring opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and simplify existing processes using digital tools.
- Supporting the implementation and adoption of new tools, systems, and ways of working.
- Collaborating with different internal teams and external partners across the Andean Region.
- Helping coordinate operational activities, projects, events, and employee-facing initiatives.
- Supporting documentation, purchasing processes, vendor coordination, and other business operations.
- Bringing new ideas, a digital mindset, and a fresh perspective to help us continuously improve how we work.
- Taking ownership of small projects from idea to execution, with guidance and support from the team.

- You are currently pursuing a university degree in Economics, Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, International Business, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- You are curious, proactive, and interested in understanding how regional and global businesses operate.
- You enjoy working with data, technology, research, and problem-solving.
- You are comfortable using tools such as Excel or Google Sheets and are interested in developing your skills in dashboards, automation, analytics, or AI-enabled tools.
- You have strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to connect information to the bigger picture.
- You enjoy identifying trends, finding smarter ways of working, and turning information into practical insights or solutions.
- You communicate clearly and feel comfortable collaborating with people from different teams, functions, and backgrounds.
- You are comfortable working in both English and Spanish.
- You are adaptable, collaborative, and ready to take initiative in a fast-moving, multicultural environment.
