Job Summary

We are seeking an Infrastructure Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure operations and leading multi-disciplinary technical teams. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee IT infrastructure operations, including network, end-user computing, data center/cloud, or NOC operations.
- Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
- Present Service Level Reviews and lead client governance meetings.
- Manage client relationships at the executive level.
- Demonstrate strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Utilize solid business acumen to understand managed services commercial models and delivery economics.
- Implement ITIL practices and run operations at scale.
- Act as a senior escalation leader during major incidents, handling executive stakeholder communication under pressure.
- Coordinate operations across multiple countries or regions.
- Provide clear and confident operational performance presentations to senior client leadership.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.




- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.
- 3+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams.
- Experience in service delivery management and client relationship building.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Understanding of managed services commercial models and SLA frameworks.
- Deep working knowledge of ITIL practices.
- Experience in executive stakeholder communication during major incidents.
- Experience in multi-country or multi-region operations management.
- Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken.

Nice to Have

- ITIL 4 certification (Foundation required-level knowledge; Managing Professional a plus).
- Experience in a managed services or outsourcing provider environment.
- Experience leading an IT service transition or takeover.
- PMP or equivalent project/program management experience.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform.
- Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese proficiency.
