As a Finance Intern, you will play an active role in supporting both the FP&A; and Deal teams across the Andean region.
This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, business performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. You will contribute to P&L; management activities, monitor key business and financial performance indicators, assist in evaluating revenue growth initiatives and commercial opportunities, support the preparation of executive-level presentations, and participate in forecasting and budgeting processes.
Working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, you will build a strong understanding of how finance drives business strategy and operational execution.
All Visa roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Some job duties and projects could include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor and analyze key business drivers and financial performance indicators to support decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance presentations for senior leadership
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities, including data analysis and performance tracking
- Evaluate revenue growth initiatives and business opportunities by conducting financial analysis and assessing potential impact
- Track client performance metrics and provide insights to support business growth and strategic priorities
- Contribute to the automation and enhancement of financial reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve efficiency and decision-making

Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between November 2027 and March 2028
- Quantitative skills for analyzing data and building KPIs
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled productivity tools
- Business acumen and ability to interpret data to generate insights and recommendations
- Effective communication skills for working across multiple teams and engaging stakeholders
- Advanced English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis
- Experience building business cases and financial models to assess the profitability of opportunities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and collaborate across diverse teams .
