The opportunity

We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead our national logistics operations, driving efficiency, profitability, safety, and service excellence in alignment with our corporate strategy.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies that support business objectives and continuous improvement.
- Oversee daily operations, resource planning, and performance across assigned sites.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor operational and financial KPIs.
- Lead and develop teams,



promoting accountability, safety, quality, and customer service.
- Manage strategic customer and supplier relationships, ensuring service commitments are met.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and implement controls to minimize operational risks.

What we’re looking for:

- A degree in Logistics, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics or operations management, including leadership of teams and responsibility for budgets and performance.
- Strong planning, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced spoken and written English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Automotive industry experience is desirable.
