About the Role

We are looking for an Entity Management & Compliance Specialist to join our Entity Management team and support a portfolio of international and domestic clients.

The adecuado candidate has professional experience in entity management, corporate compliance, corporate governance, or a related legal environment, with a background in areas such as paralegal services, corporate law, legal operations, or compliance.

This role combines technical knowledge of entity and compliance matters with client-facing responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating corporate and entity-related requirements, monitoring compliance obligations and deadlines, maintaining accurate corporate records, and serving as a trusted point of contact for clients and external advisors.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple clients, entities, and deadlines in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage an assigned portfolio of international and domestic clients and their entity-related matters.
- Coordinate entity management, corporate compliance, governance, and administrative requirements.
- Monitor corporate and compliance deadlines and ensure requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date entity records, corporate documentation, and compliance information.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, external counsel, registered agents, and other professional advisors.




- Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests related to entity management and compliance matters.
- Review and follow up on documentation required for corporate and entity-related processes.
- Track the status of ongoing entity and compliance matters and proactively identify pending requirements.
- Ensure client requests and deliverables are handled accurately and within established deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of client service while ensuring compliance with internal processes and applicable requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Entity Management, Corporate Compliance, Corporate Governance, Legal Operations, Paralegal Services, or a related area.
- Experience working with corporate entities, entity records, compliance requirements, corporate documentation, or governance processes.
- Experience in a paralegal, legal, compliance, corporate services, or professional services environment is highly valued.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, entities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients and external professional advisors.
- Professional, proactive, and client-service oriented.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
