About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team. This position is adecuado for professionals with prior law firm experience who are passionate about providing exceptional client service and managing personal injury cases efficiently.

The successful candidate will communicate directly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties while handling multiple cases and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and support throughout the case process.

Communicate professionally with medical providers, insurance adjusters, attorneys, and other involved parties.

Maintain accurate case documentation,



records, and correspondence.

Coordinate appointments, gather necessary case information, and follow up on pending requests.

Handle administrative tasks and ensure all case-related deadlines are met.

Support attorneys and legal staff with case management activities.

Requirements

✅ Prior experience working in a law firm, preferably in Personal Injury.

✅ Strong customer service and client relationship skills.

✅ Excellent administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

✅ Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.

✅ Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

✅ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
