How You'll Make an Impact
Epsilon LATAM's Revenue Growth organization sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, operations, and innovation. As the company's central monetization engine, we build and scale the platforms, processes, and capabilities that drive sustainable growth across Latin America.
As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for transforming strategic priorities into actionable plans and successful outcomes. You will work across multiple teams, collaborators, and initiatives, bringing structure, alignment, and execution to complex business challenges.
We are looking for a highly organized and dedicated leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to prioritize effectively, and can coordinate complementary teams toward shared goals. This role is less about having deep expertise in advertising technology from day one and more about having the product attitude, leadership skills, and operational rigor required to drive significant impact.
You will partner closely with commercial, operations, engineering, data, and leadership teams while developing a deep understanding of Epsilon's advertising and marketing technology ecosystem. Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Product Strategy, Planning & Prioritization
- Own and handle product roadmaps, ensuring alignment between business goals, customer needs, operational requirements, and technical capabilities.
- Evaluate opportunities, requests, and initiatives from multiple collaborators, balancing impact, urgency, effort, and strategic value.
- Establish priorities, define execution plans, and communicate trade-offs clearly across teams.
- Create visibility around objectives, commitments, achievements, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
- Support leadership with insights and recommendations that enable informed decision-making.
Agile Delivery & Execution
- Handle and continuously prioritize the product backlog to improve business value and team effectiveness.
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
- Lead agile ceremonies and facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams.
- Track progress, identify risks early, remove blockers, and ensure commitments are delivered successfully.
- Promote continuous improvement by enhancing processes, workflows, governance, and operating rhythms.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Interested party Management
- Serve as the central coordination point across commercial, operations, engineering, data,
and leadership teams.
- Align collaborators with diverse goals and priorities while driving accountability and execution.
- Facilitate communication, decision-making, and collaboration across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Build trust, influence outcomes, and lead through collaboration rather than authority.
- Ensure all teams remain focused on business outcomes, customer value, and strategic priorities.
Business Innovation & Platform Evolution
- Find opportunities to improve internal systems, workflows, products, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to design scalable solutions that create measurable business value.
- Develop expertise in Epsilon's products, platforms, and technology ecosystem.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, market trends, and evolving customer needs.
- Supply to the development of innovative and profitable solutions that support long-term growth across the region.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Program Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar cross-functional leadership roles.
- Validated experienhandlinging multiple collaborators, challenging priorities, dependencies, and projects simultaneously.
- Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and execution capabilities.
- Experience working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar methodologies.
- Confirmed ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or complex situations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and collaborator management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-informed decision-making approach.
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse groups.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience in any of the following areas will be considered a plus:
- Digital media, advertising, marketing platforms, analytics, SaaS, e-commerce, consulting, fintech, or technology-focused businesses.
- Platform, systems, or operational product management.
- Revenue enablement, process optimization, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Regional or multinational business environments.
- Data platforms, reporting solutions, automation, or business intelligence ecosystems.
