Capgemini Engineering in Colombia is seeking a telecommunications engineer to join its integral engineering team. You will perform 24x7x365 incident monitoring of mobile networks, troubleshoot DWDM/SDH issues, and coordinate backup routes across Nokia, Huawei and Ericsson platforms, working with RAN elements from 2G to 5G.

You will support Cloud RAN deployments, collaborate with field technicians, and apply data‑driven diagnostics to deliver rapid resolutions.
