The Market Transition Lead is pivotal to scaling Market service delivery, integrating new businesses, and supporting large-scale organization transformation across Functions, change management, and market unit/ country level work transitions coordination. Role manages market level transition - including migrating work processes or implementing new service delivery models—across business units in a market. Plays a key role in M&A; integrations/ divestitures with the Integration Management Office (when applicable). Partner with strategic Third-Party Service Providers (e.g., BPO/ ITO/ KPO) for execution of successful transition outcomes for the business.

Essential Skills and Qualities:

- 5+ years’ experience in transition/project/change management within shared services or outsourcing environments.

- Advanced skills in stakeholder engagement, project and program management, risk management, and process analysis.

- Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities.

- Analytical mindset, organizational agility, and proven ability to motivate teams through uncertainty.

- Deep understanding of service management frameworks, e.g., ITIL, as well as Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
