Position Overview
• Business Domain: Finance (Mainly E-Commerce Finance, with potential involvement in other consumer-related finance areas).
• Workplace: Full In-Office.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle and manage payment chargeback defenses.
• Resolve customer inquiries and modification requests related to invoices.
• Process payments, refunds, and manage related cases.
• Support various other E-commerce finance-related tasks and initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:
• Education: Finance-related studies.
• Experience:



At least 2 years of professional finance experience (E-commerce background is a plus, but not strictly limited to it).
• Languages: Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Professional Knowledge:
• Basic e-commerce knowledge.
• Basic payment industry knowledge.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Basic tax knowledge (preferred).

Professional & Technical Skills:
• Proficient in MS Office (Advanced Excel is a must; Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and eagerness to study/grow.
