Job Summary

We are looking for an Import & Logistics Operations Specialist with experience in drayage, freight forwarding, and ocean tracking. This role will oversee purchase orders, ocean freight bookings, drayage coordination, and financial records in NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage purchase order acknowledgments, discrepancies, artwork approvals, and cargo ready dates.
• Coordinate container planning and ocean freight bookings with freight forwarders.
• Request and compare ocean freight rates and manage booking changes.
• Coordinate drayage providers, arrival notices, and delivery details.
• Maintain accurate shipment, PO, and financial records in NetSuite.
• Process vendor bills, item receipts, and customer drop-ship invoices.




• Follow up with vendors and logistics providers to ensure shipments move as scheduled.

Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in drayage, freight forwarding, ocean tracking, or related logistics operations.
• Professional degree in International Business.
• Hands-on experience with ocean freight, drayage, and container tracking.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Experience using NetSuite.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and operational priorities.
