Customer Success Manager – Colombia
Location : Bogota D.C.

Ensure the long-term success and satisfaction of our clients after they go live on Odoo. You will own client relationships, renewals, support coordination, and expansion readiness, keeping every client healthy, supported, and positioned for continued growth with Odoo and Captivea.

As our client base across the Americas continues to expand, we are seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to own post-go-live relationships, retention, renewal strategy, support coordination, and expansion readiness.

The profile we are looking for :
Experience & Qualifications :
• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Support Management, or a similar client-facing role
• Experience in SaaS, ERP, consulting,



or software implementation environments Experience managing international or multi-cultural client relationships is a plus
• Huge plus: experience with Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP platforms
• Huge plus: technical or functional understanding of business processes (finance, operations, supply chain, etc.)

• Strong communicator, comfortable with executive-level conversations
• Proactive problem-solver who addresses customer needs before they escalate
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable owning multiple accounts in parallel

• English proficiency required
• Spanish proficiency required
• French: strong plus
