About the Role
We are looking for a strong Account Executive – Financial Services to join our growing sales team and work directly with US-based clients and senior executives.
This is a consultative B2B sales role where you will regularly interact with US-based decision-makers, understand their business challenges, conduct discovery conversations, and present complex financial, technology and compliance solutions.

This is a US-client-facing role
You will be speaking with US clients and senior executives on a regular basis. Therefore, excellent spoken English, clear communication, and a neutral, professional English accent are essential for this role.
The ability to communicate confidently and naturally with US executives is a must-have, not simply a preferred qualification.
Sales ability comes first. Financial-services experience is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do
• Engage directly with US-based clients, prospects and senior decision-makers.
• Conduct structured discovery calls with US executives and understand their business challenges.




• Own the sales process from initial engagement through opportunity development and close.
• Engage with decision-makers including founders, CFOs, COOs and other senior stakeholders.
• Qualify opportunities and identify business problems, priorities and buying requirements.
• Present complex products and solutions in a simple, compelling and business-focused manner.
• Manage multi-stakeholder sales opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Conduct prospect and account research before client conversations.
• Prepare proposals, follow-ups and account plans that move opportunities forward.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline stages and sales activity.
• Work closely with product, operations and leadership teams to progress qualified opportunities.
• Consistently work toward revenue, pipeline and conversion targets.
