We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team and support the activation, optimization and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns across leading paid media platforms.
? About the role
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns, ensuring campaigns are properly set up, monitored and aligned with performance objectives.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently and according to client requirements.

? What you'll do
• Set up and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
• Review campaign requirements, assets, targeting, budgets, schedules and other setup elements.
• Monitor campaign performance,



pacing and delivery on a regular basis.
• Analyze key performance indicators and identify optimization opportunities.
• Implement campaign optimizations based on performance data and campaign objectives.
• Monitor audiences, placements, creative performance and other relevant campaign variables.
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery or performance issues and coordinate with relevant teams when needed.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports, identifying relevant insights and trends.
• Ensure campaigns follow established processes, naming conventions and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched and managed successfully.

• Previous experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
