About the Role
As the Director of Project Management, you will lead a team of 4-5, for delivering complex, multi-disciplinary digital projects, including large-scale websites, digital marketing campaigns, content platforms, and branded experiences.
You will work closely with cross-functional departments and senior stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client and business goals. The idóneo candidate is an experienced leader with a strong foundation in digital project delivery, team development, and operational strategy.
Key Responsibilities




- Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the project management team, setting goals, ensuring quality standards, and guiding team development.
- Oversee the successful execution of complex, integrated marketing campaigns and enterprise-level digital initiatives.
- Define and implement scalable project management methodologies, workflows, and tools to drive consistency and efficiency across all project teams.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to scope new work, develop resourcing plans, and align on strategic priorities and timelines.
- Review and approve project plans, scopes of work, budgets, and timelines developed by the team.
- Guide project managers in identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and managing change across projects.
- Serve as a senior point of escalation for client and internal issues, ensuring proactive communication and resolution.
