Syneos Health, Inc. in Colombia is seeking a Global Site Activation Manager for LATAM with a general scope. You will lead Site Start-Up deliverables, ensure activation-ready sites on time and in scope, and mentor junior SSU staff.
The role requires a minimum of 3–4 years in SSU/activation within CROs, strong English, and proven project management and regulatory experience across countries. You will collaborate across BD, PM, and clinical teams and manage timelines and budgets.
