Job Description
We are looking for a Law professional with ******* years of experience, with a strong track record in designing and implementing strategies for civil and administrative litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration.
Requirements
Law degree with ******* years of professional legal experience.
Bilingual in English.
Strong experience in civil and administrative litigation, including the development and implementation of legal and procedural strategies.
Experience in domestic and/or international arbitration.
Knowledge and experience in public and private contracting, including the negotiation, structuring, drafting, and execution of complex civil and commercial agreements.
Experience advising on public and private tender processes and contracting procedures involving government entities.
Previous experience in law firms or in roles with significant exposure to complex litigation and arbitration matters.
