You'll use AI-assisted workflows to fix violations at scale, lift team compliance scores, and extend the automation to speed up delivery.
Key skills and Experience required
5+ years React and TypeScript, working day to day in a Next.js monorepo (styled-components, styled-system)
Hands-on WCAG ******* AA knowledge: diagnosing root causes and applying correct fixes, not just following lint output
Daily AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot),



including writing and tuning prompts and commands to improve accuracy and cut false positives
Applying ARIA roles, attributes and hints correctly across design system components
Verifying fixes with VoiceOver, TalkBack, browser accessibility tools and axe-core / jest-axe / E2E accessibility tests
Accessibility strings managed as translation keys within i18n workflows
Beneficial:
Node.js scripting, custom ESLint rules, GitHub Actions CI, AWS S3, and managing many small PRs across team-owned areas
2+ years React Native, including iOS and Android accessibility APIs and props
