Regional Sr. Manager – Martech Strategy & Growth LATAM

We're looking for a seasoned Martech leader to drive growth for our Google Marketing Platform (GMP) tech resale and associated services . This role is a mix of strategy, consultative sales, and business development — with the opportunity to lead key initiatives, expand our regional presence, and build lasting value for IPG and our clients.
You will:
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for GMP and Martech services.
- Lead the strategic partnership with Google to elevate our reseller capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across IPG agencies and client teams.




- Standardize excellence across LATAM — bringing structure, clarity, and impact.
- Act as a senior advisor on Martech to both internal leadership and external clients.
- Accelerate new business opportunities and drive revenue through tech-driven solutions.
- A Martech expert with hands-on experience in platforms like GMP, Adobe, Salesforce, etc.
- A builder — strategic, proactive, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves.
- A trusted advisor who can engage confidently with C-level stakeholders.
- Someone with regional fluency — strong understanding of the LATAM business landscape.
- Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese highly preferred).
- Proven experience with Google Marketing Platform .
- Knowledge of Martech & AdTech ecosystems .
- Background in agency, consultancy, or digital transformation .
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
